What's the standard raise percentage that your company is following? My cousin in healthcare gets an annual 8% increase... the rich truly do get richer. I know it's different across industries, so I thought I'd post here to understand what it's like in sales. I get a measly 2%, if that, and on some years, none. How about you?

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.
