Have you asked for a raise yet, or are you just hoping one is offered to you? You can't wait to be given a raise, you have to seek it out and ask for it.
Agree that asking is good
Also get promoted. Why would you get a raise for doing what you were hired for?
Every year is 1 year more work experience that employee has, plus pay should account for inflation. I have been getting a raise every year for years, and I would leave if that stopped being the case.
Figure out whether you are in a company that does raises. If not, start looking for one. If yes, start asking about what that might look like. Being in the same role and taking on more, or showing what you’ve been achieving and why that warrants a raise.
Line up a potential job, go in with numbers and info backing up your request. If they came back with “no”. Leave on the spot with no two week notice
