Agreed this is an antagonist post by someone who is a ‘consultant’ but wouldn’t put ‘Kearney’ as their moniker. They’d put it in the Kearney bowl if they were still at Kearney.

If OP can distinguish between market conditions and firm challenges that would help, especially with an industry focus - defense is still very well utilized so perhaps consider that staffing!
