what’s up with Trinity Life Sciences? I’ve noticed a ton of attitude / pretentiousness during the interview process. not asking questions/ talking about self. showing up late. This company offers mediocre / low pay. has no significant IP / value adds. Very small consulting business overall. Definitely not special. lots of red flags

Got an offer from a big bank’s operation department (fund reporting analyst), currently at EY faas and I’m not happy here, should I stick it out here until I get promotion or jump now? Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.
