are they actual certifications, or just certificates of completion? If they are actual certifications, then I'd say include them, but course completion certs aren't really all that useful.
Maybe have something under skills that says "Training in Google Cloud, AWS, etc"?
Depends on the position a bit. I put some of those completed course ‘certifications’ when I was just starting and was still working on the more official ones, like CompTIA, for example. Would also consider what they are expecting in the job post.

Listing certifications can help, but prioritize industry-recognized ones like AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, or Microsoft first. Coursera and Udemy certificates can be included if they’re highly relevant to the role or show continuous learning, but don’t let them overshadow your official credentials. You can group them under “Professional Development” or “Additional Training.”
