I just wanted to reach out and let you all know I understand how tired and beat down we all feel at this point in the year. I’m feeling it too. I also know exactly how students can try us. What I’m working on every day though is to see my kids as God does… not the kids that know how to push buttons and drive me crazy, but as the beautiful lives they are, all deserving of the best we can give them every day. Hi there, I am in process of interviewing with the Goldman Sachs India, for a VP Positions. Any idea about the annual salaries for such positions? It is a global position in Investment domain.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. I feel like I should be compensated better but the company says that’s what they think I’m worth. Any help or insights would be great!

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. Hello, I was recently let go from my firm for not being able to pass the series 10 exam. I passed the 9 and have my SIE, 7, and 63. Are there any jobs out there that require the 9 but not the 10? All the jobs I can find require them both but I’d like to use my 9. Thanks for any advice!
