I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

I’m at 9.5 months PP and weaned at 9 months, still nothing.
13 months. I was still breastfeeding, but my baby stopped around the same time (her choice).
At 21 months.
How funny, I just got my period back less than 3 months post-partum TODAY, and I exclusively breastfeed. This was the case with my firstborn too (period came~3ish months PP while EBF). FWIW, I couldn't conceive while I was breastfeeding despite that not being the case for other women.
But like lots of things related to pregnancy/periods, these things can vary drastically from woman to woman, so I wouldn't be quick to compare or worry. I would give it a few more weeks.
Mine came back after I stopped breastfeeding ! I think I was back to regular cycles after about 3 months so took a little time! ( I breastfed till the 11 month mark for reference!) totally agree with the comment though that this truly is different for everyone…
What worries you?
It can take 12-18 months for hormones to regulate after giving birth. Weaning also messes with hormones. I probably wouldn’t worry until closer to 12 months.
If you are really concerned or want to start trying for a second kid soon, schedule an appointment with your OB for blood tests to see what’s up.
I don’t really know what’s normal — I guess not having my period for so long is just starting to feel off so I’m trying to get a sense of whether it’s a cause for concern.
(I do want a second kid I think, but probably wouldn’t want to start trying especially soon)
If I'm not mistaken, I believe the average timeframe for a period to return after FULLY weaning from breastfeeding/pumping is 6-8 weeks. Definitely give it some time!
