When I went back to school it was due to an aunt dying of cancer. My mother passed unexpectedly back in March who I took care of everyday. She didnt need full on care because was independent so I basically made her meals, and reminded her of med times ext. Well since shes been gone I've been struggling to go to work, and I just feel burned out and like this isn't something I wanna do anymore. I just started this job and Im worried about pissing off my job by looking for something else. Help.

You’ve been through a lot! Caregiving is extremely demanding, especially emotionally. Is there another kind of work you could do for a little while? March isn’t very long ago and you are probably still in the thick of it with grief. Wishing you the best.

Hi Fishes,
I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
