When interviewing for an early start up (Treasury/some potential IR) how much is appropriate to ask about the investors/sponsors, capital structure, capital position, etc? Proposed comp ~150 w equity

I mean... Would you make a significant life decision and take on that level of career risk _without_ asking those things? I personally would tend towards an exhaustive level of due diligence on such an opportunity. If the potential future colleagues did not appreciate my thoroughness, I would be concerned that (a) they didn't want some one diligent? And (b) are they trying to hide something?
