When optiv fires a bunch of service people, some of who have been with the company since the beginning, because of financial pressures, and then flies sales and some service people out to a resort for a two day party, is that ironic?

I’ve been helping the creatives deliver great work. But it seems like the creative leads aren’t trained in bringing planners in as an asset to achieve direction and strengthen ideas. What can i do?

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. I’m an incoming new hire at Optiv and looking to hear some thoughts about how it is working here! Seems like a solid company and a good opportunity. I welcome any advice for success!

Does anyone actually believe we will be successful in an IPO in the next few months? Anyone ever been thru an IPO with another company? What would the benefit of saying with Optiv when it goes public look like? Is it worth staying at the company for the next year?

Any new hires as a commercial client manager that care to share their base salary? I’m wondering how much more (if any) it’s increased since I was hired.

Many people say our services are terrible. Without first hand seeing the ppl do our services (unlike consulting) Is there anyone that can give more insight into how our services actually level up and compete against the big 4? Is it just me or does Optiv need to be more like the big4 and change it’s model around to be more like a big4 consulting firm?
