Feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you
Crying is good. Let it out.
AA, I agree with A1 - it’s not normal to be crying daily. I say this from experience. I’m currently living this. I want to validate you and let you know - it’s NOT normal.
Supplemental eye mask time!
Gotta look hawt. U hold those tears.
Not sure that is helpful...
Why crying?
I cry at least four times a day. I think everyone around here is used to it by now. If you are crying, that means you made it… I think, haha.
Get the tissues ready to catch the tears
Two rules: don’t stress enough to cause wrinkles; don’t cry in front of the enemy. I agree with preserving skin care at all costs. The firm career may fade, but good skincare planning lasts till death.
First, I’m very sorry for whatever it is that you’re going through and I hope things get better soon. Second, as someone whose skin is super sensitive to stress, I don’t recommend holding it in. Consider using a mist or a few drops of water for each step in your routine to help it absorb and wait a few minutes between steps if you can. That way you won’t risk losing much product if you do need to cry. Supplemental eye masks are also a good call. I like the ones from DRMTLGY.
