How about a thread on what Corp Comms pros make in India? It'll be nice to know our compensation journey through the years. I have started with 4 LPA as a campus recruit for internal Comms analyst role at one of the big 4s? In 6 years, my CTC has grown 4x.

Location : almost remote always (as i requested)
Package : 17lpa +2v + 1joining bonus

Feeling like lowballed by hr.
Though i had counter offer of 17.3 (15.7 fixed)

Queries:
1. Will exl pay the variable pay fully ?
2. Hr mentioned for client meetings i may need to come to Noida on my own expenses ( from chennai) but may be once in a year.
Is that true ?

Package/CTC question - Hi Sharks, I am a in grown manager and believe the HRs that I have dealt with till date have lowballed me. CURRENT - Site BLR. CTC ~ 11.0 L. 5 RSUs. L4 Manager. Operations. Non tech. I believe it should be around 16L. Am I correct? Can ya'll help with the range of Pay for L4 Managers along with RSUs and joining bonuses.???
