Let's assume this interview went well and you've already hired me. In 5 years what would make you look back and say "I made an excellent hire?"

I ask this in every interview. Hiring teams love it.

To add to Director 1s list

Would it be possible to speak with whom ever would be my immediate supervisor? (Then ask them both those questions.)

What would my first 30...60 days around here look like?

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
Thx
Thanks in advance!

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD. I want better for myself and family but 1. I don't enjoy the same things forever 2. Imposter syndrome and RSD make me believe it's acceptable to start over in new places at low salaries. 3. Typical college won't work for me. 4. I also can't relocate.

Hi - I have an interview with Johnson & Johnson for a Leader role. There seems to be multiple interviews with multiple people in the organization. It seems odd to me

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.
