Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Yeah, I always politely ask them to turn it on it's a video interview, after all! Not wrong to DQ folks who won't; it shows they're not ready for the basics or hiding something. Just be upfront in your policy so no surprises.
Yes, it is. Some of the most brilliant people I know are scatterbrained with things like this. Blanket writing them off over something so trivial is silly. To your original question, yes, of course. "Hi, do you mind turning your camera on?" Nothing rude about it.
I always request the camera be on. Body language is just as much a part of the interview as their answers. A zoom interview isn't as great for this as meeting in person, but you can still learn a lot by having their camera on. I do specify when setting the interview time that it will be with cameras on, so I have never had someone push back.

I would ask them to turn it on first. Sometimes there are genuine reasons. If they refuse without explanation, that tells you something. Automatic disqualification might mean missing context.
