Whenever I apply for Deloitte from its website nothing happens, but I see so many openings for .Net Developers/Analyst on LinkedIn. Anyone whom they called after applying from website ? Am i doing something wrong ?

I joined TCS 2 days back. Today I got the better offer from Deloitte. What should I do? Should I resign from TCS and joined Deloitte or stay with the TCS.
