I have completed my engineering from non it background in 2019. Joined a software testing course and got a job as manual tester .
Now I have 2+ yoe in testing.
I do have knowledge of automation testing Java +selenium
But sometimes I feels like doing some full stack development course or Data analytics course.
Or should I go for Mtech Work integrated learning program BITS Pilani.
Or continue my career in testing

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any?
