Guys I got Canada WP and stamping is also done. I am traveling on 21st May. But in recent lottery draw of H1B, I got selected and my USA H1B visa is also in process (petition is not yet submitted, currently its in documentation status).

So my question is will I be able to travel to Canada? Can I complete rest of visa process from Canada? Interview and stamping all can be done from there? Please guide me on this.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
