Advice needed - boyfriend has almost 3.5 years of finance experience at a bank. Interviewed for PwC valuation senior associate and now recruiter says they want to hire him at “experienced associate” because he has no valuation experience. Is this too big of a step backwards in career? Should he push back and see if it gets him anywhere? If he does accept Associate, is it reasonable to ask for written, definitive timeline (1 year?) for promo to Senior upon meeting standards? Help!

Wait, donate to Big 4 partners? I'm a bit confused—are you looking to support a charity or initiative they’re involved in? Generally, they’re not the ones who typically need donations. Maybe you’re looking to support a cause they’re working with instead? (Or maybe you're joking and I missed it? Lol help me understand)
I work very long and hard hours to generate their fees but I feel I am not doing enough. I am looking for other ways to further their agenda with the hopes that they will recognize me and elevate me among their faithful soldiers.

I loved getting billed out at $220 an hour while being paid $15.90 an hour for 40 hour weeks and working 70 hours. And having to use my vacations to write exams.
