It's difficult to find good authentic Greek Food, but Arslan's gyros are the closest I could get to tasting it the way my grandmother made.
Have you tried the ones at Cafe Socrates? Not sure how authentic they are but it tastes wonderful to me.
Troy's Authentic Greek Cuisine always hits the spot. The meals are served in generous servings, and the service is excellent.
Zorba's Greek Restaurant has some of the best quality Greek food I have ever had in San Diego. I would eat there everyday if I could.
