I use an independent shop that does all the work on my cars outside of warranty or recall issues. I've been going there for over 15 years and trust them not to lead me astray.
If you don't have one ask your neighbor some recommendations.
Look for a shop with good reputation, look at reviews and years in business more than anything.
After warranty ends, I take my cars to specialty performance/alignment shops.

Specialized performance shop. Only bring my cars to dealership if it’s a warranty work.
My dealer runs specials all the time for $80 oil changes. That’s the same as what it would cost me to buy oil and a filter - not to mention that I can sit in their waiting room with coffee and pastries instead of crawling around under my car. No brainer.
You can typically find out through local car groups. My car is very low so I have to take it to a place that does track cars and they’re super dialed in. A dealer and most other shops could not physically get it on their machines.
About 8 months ago I did a wheel Alignment the old fashioned Way like it was done in the 1960s and on a 2009 Nissan Maxima SV 3.5 and my Alignment Machine Cost me About about Five Bucks $5 ...
Both Front Tires would be Wearing out so Quickly on the Inner Side Edge that You Could Even See the Sharp Metal Wires Sticking out and when the Client owner of the Car & me Would go out to get some Tires, then the Guy at the Tire Shop Said to First Go and get the Wheels Aligned if he Wanted to Buy Newer Tires Instead of Just Keep Buying Used Tires every 2 months 😊👍. So the man sold my Client 2 Used Tires and then we went back Home and Immediately started Working on the Alignment Process and in about 2 Hours we Were Done and After That It's Been 8 months now and then same Old But Now Worn Out Tires are Still There Running All over the City and this Client Runs Like Crazy Daily Putting on At Least 50 Miles Daily on These Tires but They are Now Wearing Out Very Evenly, Because I know How to Do Wheel Alignments Because My Teacher Was an Old Mechanic Who Used to Run the "'Carta Blanca Beer Mechanic Shop"' for the Heavy Trucks that Distributed the Beer All Over the City in a Border City in Mexican Side of the Border in the 1950s, I Learned from the Best and Once he told My Mom that I was He's Best Pupil that he Ever Taught the Auto Mechanic Profession, Which I Appreciated that Comment he made to my Mother on that Day as that brought very much Satisfaction to my Mom Because she was the One who Chose that Profession For me and She Nailed It because I very Much Liked to Fix Cars and Trucks.❤️❤️❤️😊👍
