Has anyone heard about GSAP decision news yet?
I have an offer from Mercer to join as module lead with 12.5 fix CTC and annual incentive plan which is not clearly mentioned in offer letter. My joining date is 31st October so as per company policy anyone joining after 1st oct won't be eligible for appraisal cycle nor for annual incentive plan..which makes my package 12.5 lacs for next one and a half year.
Not sure if it would be a wise decision, current CTC is 9.08 lacs Mercer

Joseph Philips course on Udemy and get Rita PMP book also.. I did the course and read the book twice. But most importantly use Joseph Philip’s question n quiz practice exam. Once you score 80% and above then you are good to take the exam. Wishing you good luck.
Thank you!
There's a lot more intel about the PMP process on Reddit, as a heads up. I just passed a few weeks ago, and the TIA mock exams were INVALUABLE! You'll get a minute long video afterwards for each question explaining why each one is right/wrong. It's WAY easier to study that way. If you're looking for a course, either do the live TIA ones ($800) or their self paced ones on Udemy ($45-$100 if there's a sale). I took the live online TIA course since I didn't know any better, and you'll get the mock exams included. I studied by the mock exams and by watching YouTube to fill in any gaps. My certifications (Scrum Master & Product Owner) helped, but aren't needed.
Anyway good luck! 😃
Funny how it’s still revenant.. I’m talking about that Reddit group page.. one of the best decisions I made before passing PMP exam in 2019. Please if there’s anyone here preparing to take the test.. please make sure you join that Reddit group. Very important.. VP1, Thanks for mentioning that.
