If you want work life balance go for Accenture. If you want big4 tag choose pwc.
But I can tell Accenture is one of the best service based companies out there.
I had offers from both Delloite usi and Accenture but eventually i joined Accenture after taking feedback from many big4 employees.
Definitely Accenture..
If you have the hunger to learn quickly and want overall personality development then always go for a Big 4. So go for PWC.
And slog in multiple projects simultaneously :P
You have to work anywhere but Big 4 will give you good hikes so why not get fairly paid for your hard work.
Also know that atleat 5-10% of the workforce is fired every year from Accenture. Although it turns out to be good eventually you get 6 months of severance allowance. But the phase is very disturbing.
And before you come to a conclusion that non performers should be fired to increase the efficiency etc etc. It’s not that there’s no rationale but pure booth licking skills.
I have worked at both Deloitte USI and now working at KPMG Global Services. I know the benefits of working in a Big 4 very well. Next I will target either EY or PWC.
Everyone has their respective priorities that's why I mentioned the reason for choosing the company. For me wlb is is equally important as the salary. Learning wise in Accenture also there are ample number of good projects. Rest is up to you.
These same big4 guys crib for wlb on other posts.
How much annual hike % we can expect in PWC?
On an average 10-20%. For top raters it can go beyond this.
