I m not sure about Experian but Optum has good work life balance but you wont get quality work. It will feel like you are doing college project. Professional way of working is missing here.

Anytime Optum… It’s a very good company with best WLB… I worked there as a contractor..
optum has good wlb but very poor increment/hikes
Experian is way better than optum in terms wlb,hikes
