Which one is better in terms of WLB and exposure @EY or @Persistent systems

Hi I've just graduated with a Master's Degree and and am currently on a Temporary Graduate Visa. I've been applying for jobs in Management consulting, Audit & Assurance and similar areas but it doesn't seem easy to land one.
I recently got referred at PwC for a graduate advisory role and I was wondering how it works. Will my resume still go through the ATS ? Any help and guidance will be appreciated

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether). I’ve only ever done professional malpractice (legal, med mal, etc) and feel like those skills will not transfer as well if I had done transactional work.
