I feel like the lines of work hours is non existent. Getting texts from staff after hours, being told to be flexible when we are doing our outreach for students not engaging, and students requesting meetings at 6pm. 27F, 2nd year associate (no ambitions of being partner) - I’m depressed, anxious, stressed and just need a break. I’m at the point where I’m willing to quit with no other options, but want to see if theirs any safer way of taking a breath of life and grinding a little longer (I have loans, I financially support my parents, etc. ).
