Which would be the better role to choose?

As I see it, Java is still relevant in many good product-based companies. Choosing Optum would allow me to gain good hands-on experience with Java.

Choosing RealPage would require me to switch from my current tech stack and start working with newer technologies.

I'm more inclined toward Optum as I want to get good hands-on experience with Java.

Can someone suggest?

Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
