Who decides the final YER? Is that counselors or SM? Or the counselors gets the rating from someone else

What’s the best way to handle situational questions in behavioral interviews (e.g., what would you do if you are faced with XYZ situation at work?). What are the expectations from the answer?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

Anyone have experience in customer success at a company with a self service, usage based CS model? Would love to pick your brain.

My lease is up in the coming months on my current vehicle. Wanting to upgrade to a Tesla Model 3. Will be able to put down around $10,000 down payment(don’t have enough saved to pay for it all in cash, and need a vehicle). Hey Fishes, I feel the RTO policy in not getting enforced rather it is getting imposed it seems (in ZS across offices). Suddenly from being employee centric they have shifted their focus to ZS culture and values. Let the thoughts pour in!

I’m trying to break my lease. I have notified the management company of my intent to do so in writing. They are just refusing to respond and keep ignoring my follow-up emails. Do I have any recourse? Can they physically bar me from leaving?

PS: I have legal cause for being able to break the lease and I know that there is zero legal recourse they have.

With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.

Planning to visit wonderla Bangalore, just wondering where can we get employee benefits. In my last organization there were setnof restaurant, amusement parks which had off on my ID.

Its weird that EY is calling themselves providing exceptional experiences, but keep sending Return to Office email on Friday and ruin our mood. What leadership is gonna achieve by sacrificing employee flexibilities and spoiling their happiness, it can ultimately lead to resignation and loss of great talents.

How is senior 2 grade in EY? Salary range and exp? How long does it take to acquire grade 3? Is is equivalent to assistant manager ?
