Yeah, it's great. Basically free points. I can refer you if you want.
M1 where do you see the rules on transaction and points?
I just got it based on this bowl. Excited to try it out
How’s your experience been?

Yeah it’s a no brainer for me- live in NYC and rent is obviously my biggest expense. It was just money being thrown away with no points before, so it’s nice getting something out of it.

Yes, it is exceptional. I am able to pay both utilities and rent with it since they’re paid out of the same portal. Tens of thousands of points annually, the only catch is you need to hit a 5 transaction minimum monthly outside of rent.
Set it up, put 5 of your subscriptions on it, and forget about it to watch the points accumulate. I’ve had it for over a year, no issues yet. Rent Day doubles the points multipliers too which is awesome.

Doubled multipliers on everything except rent on the first of each month.
Thanks everyone. Do you recommend paying the security deposit with the credit card if I open it up? What happens when the lease ends - they credit the original form of payment?
Most places will want a check for your security deposit, so you’ll have to pay that out of pocket. From there if your landlord is a Bilt partner you can just pay with the card directly, but more likely you’ll do an echeck using an account number and routing number same as you would a regular checking account. If you landlord insists on a check, there is a way to have Bilt send that in to you too.
I have been using Bilt for the last 3 months and the rewards are great. You get to pay the rent and the utilities with the Bilt card added to your rental portal.
1. With Bilt protect option, you dont have to worry about missing your credit card payment as rent will be deducted from your account but the corresponding reward points will be added to your Bilt card. 1 point per dollar spent on rent and utilities.
2. Reward points doubles (except for rent payment) on the first day of the month.
You also get points for playing some quiz on the rent day which will easily give you 100 points without spending money.
3. Bilt gives rewards similar to Chase Sapphire Preferred for dining and travel.
