Instead I’ll invest in the top 10-15 top crypto by Market Cap to reduce the risk. Most % in Btc, Eth and Link

I’d rather refrain from investing at the time the crypto is near the all time high or rising knowing that how steep the downfall can be. Better to see charts and set a price where you want to buy.

Sorry.. :) should have been clear. I’m on Coinbase. There are about 20-25 tradable coins. Just talking about them. Assuming coinbase makes new coins tradable with some reliable entry criteria.

I think they offer an index, so you don’t necessarily have to do this. Not a bad idea, but personally I would do a weighted average to rank. It’s all about bitcoin in the end.

Shows you are a rookie who wants to bet on all numbers on roulette. Plus coinbase is outrageously expensive as far as fees are concerned. Start with BTC, ETH and then research each project you want to invest in. Don't do the same mistake i did in 2017.

smart

Chainlink is giving me strong vibes of Bitcoin 2017. People should definitely heed the lessons of the past.

Ha. If you have the kinda $$$, you prob don’t have to worry too much about money. Keep in mind that a bunch of coins are near their ATH.
ETH / LTC / BTC as boring as it sounds would be my bet.

I was just checking my salary slip on new payroll tool and found some interesting things.
There is some ex-gratia 3 amount ( less then rs. 500) and income tax deducted is more then last months (which is unusual as I have declared my fbp and IT declaration in oct only). Upon checking in IT statement found I got gift perk of around rs 4500 but it eas not added to my salary in account. Did anyone know where is this gift perk and how can I use this ?

Anyone knows RLTO?

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?

I'm new to all this. Is it best to save 10% of my salary all in my company's 401k (with 20% match, increasing by 5% every year)... or saving 5% in 401k and 5% in a Roth IRA?

- about $2k on food and etc.
My saving goals is around $3k so been trying to adjust my monthly spending.

Is it too late in our lives to jump into a mortgage?

So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.
