Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

All for it since I ride my bike
And tired of cars swerving into the bike lane!
Lol at describing 11th st as a major thoroughfare. Thanks for immediately outing yourself as a moron and saving us the trouble
Rising Star
The fact drivers have killed multiple cyclists and pedestrians on 11th st makes it look like we really do need concrete barriers
Lmaooooo you just triggered me. It’s so annoying but there is actually a lot of people who ride bikes down 11th from like Yale to Sheppard. It really doesn’t seem to be causing major changes
Oh yeah, you’re a little removed. I go to All Saints off 11th and Harvard. It’s a mess lol
You notice all those black tire marks on the fixtures already? Those are from the motorists who are hitting these newly erected fixtures. Many motorists are already struggling to get by, the last thing they need is a cracked rim or popped tire. Never mind the inevitability when someone comes into your lane in this city.
Taking up additional lanes for bike traffic on a major thoroughfare in one of the largest metroplexes in America is preposterously stupid.
And thinking that all the other motorists should bear the inconvenience of your decision to ride your bike to work is privileged. Especially when there are plenty of bike trails throughout the heights, which feed into the bayou and downtown, as it is.
If you crack a rim or blow a tire out on those medians then you’re not paying attention.
This is my area and I’m a biker. I need them to come all the way down Washington too now 🤣🤣
💯
It’s going to 2 tight lanes like main street downtown but for bike lanes. Everyone hates it. You can bet whatever contractor he getting those federal grant funded contracts is connected to the mayor or someone in some sleazy way.
Whatever serious mayoral candidate runs on a platform of banning cyclists from major roads or for commuting and agrees to rip up bike lanes, they got my vote.
Cyclists and bike lanes are not safer. They literally cause more deaths (some being their own) than leaving it as is.
Also, do you not get that bike lanes are funded with federal environmental dollars, then passed down to politically connected contractors, after a concept phase that’s designed to move the money? Residents do not want bike lanes.
Nextdoor is losing it over 11th street rn and now fishbowl too 😂
I was looking for this comment. OP doesn’t know that Nextdoor has been up in flames 😂😂
