Why are folks on here so jealous of Kirkland. It’s ultra selective, everyone is smart and collegial, it provides good WLB on balance, and it’s by far the best brand in the legal profession. Yet everyone seems to say bad things about K&E at least once a week on FB big law bowl.

Do any attorneys here also have side gigs? Besides clearing conflicts and having professional liability insurance, is there anything else I need to consider?
