Why are the first few weeks of January so exhausting? I didn't take a break from my jobs over the holidays, so I should not be this tired on a Wednesday! Perhaps the reason is that we are in the winter months?

You didn’t take a break? That sounds part of the reason why. Also winter months with the dark mornings play another part too, I believe!

Wow! I don’t feel bad that you’re tired then. Haha jk. Congrats on your retirement! If they’re hiring to take your place, I’m down to learn from you! 🤣

Hi,

I am graduating this December and looking for full time roles starting January 2023. I have 2 years of data science work experience before my Masters and I'm currently working part-time as a data science engineer - building data pipelines, dashboards; optimizing, packaging and deploying ML models.

I'm looking for referrals in data science space. I can share my github profile/resume/github page if you need more information. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Is there any other option I can do where I can get a better pay or growth within the organization? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

Background - I recently got the Certified System Administrator for SNow, PMP and CSM

Any insight appreciated, thanks!

For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? I’ve been in litigation for 15 years and I’m looking to make the switch. Ultimately, I’d like to get into Legal Ops, but feel getting some in house experience first would be beneficial.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.

I'm new to the overemployed movement, so I'm evaluating the feasibility of holding onto the hybrid role and the remote position.
