Anyone in on IPOF call options?
Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. Uh-oh, there must be a story that goes with this. To be honest, I think managers and HR probably do too much of their job, and that's one reason why people are so sensitive to what someone says. Of course, some people say things they shouldn't say, so it cuts both ways.
They have become to dependent on AI and removed the human element.
Managers and HR are there to protect the company, not make an employees life easier.

As said by SEM 1! Managers and hr are not friends, they would put the company first and them second, and never you!
Those are two very different things. My company also struggles with, uh, let's say "undermotivated" management. For being sensitive to what you say though, that really depends entirely on what you said. In a professional environment, you are expected to act professionally, and anything outside of that should be treated as a big deal.
