Why is Bristlecone having such bad market impression especially in SAP IBP circle, from changing of CEO in 2020 to offering lower pay on notice and ultimately firing on bench, to bad work culture overall, is this true, coz there is hardly any positive feedback i get from old timers who moved to my organisation?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture?
