Why is Marston's now forcing aggressive sales on bar staff? We are expected to reach a quota of sales. It creates diversion and competition in a job where we should be working as a team. I am bar person, not a sales person. I am expected to follow customers to their tables and upsell food and drink. I've had complaints from people outside of my job where staff have done this, and they found it annoying or upsetting.
