Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. I have around 8 YOE as a ruby on rails developer. I have total 3 offers in hand.

1. Bacancy PVT as lead developer 32 lpa fixed (remote).
2. Epam as Senior software 33 lpa fixed (remote).
3. Infobeans limited as lead consultant 33 + 1 lac variable pay.
4. Encora (in final round of interview)

I would like to know more about infobeans (WLB) as the interview process was average so I don't have much information about the client or team.
