That’s extremely weird. I have only heard of C-suite or sales people having diff perks. Idk some places treat rev/profit centers different than cost centers and financial reporting roles for various reasons. But the stuff like fitness classes is bizarre to me. Why not give those kind of things to everyone? (Also ignore my title, I’m also at startup lol)
I've worked at a company where the marketing team that received the premium office space perk, but their financial perks were no different than other departments. I don't see why you shouldn't mention it if you're already on the way out; even if that's not the case, management may like to know that employees see it that way.
Yes. Bring it to their attention. Exit interviews are put in place so people can be vocal about why they’re leaving. If a company truly cares about their employees, they will take exit interviews seriously so they can make changes to prevent people from leaving moving forward.
Absolutely bring it up!
If you're already on the way out I don't see the harm in it. It's not as if you're giving a biased complaint of some sort it is weird that the benefits are so obviously different.
I agree with this. I would be as honest as possible. They can't fix something if they don't know its broken.
