I agree it’s confusing - I know plenty of people that work there and make decent $$ with great benefits. But seems like when it comes to contractors they lowball to see what they can get? Beats me
I get they’re a big name I just feel like it cheapens their brand from an employer/employee-standpoint.
The current job market / economy. They have been low balling small design shops for decades. So now just low ball an in house team. Have fun driving out to Beaverton just to have a swoosh on your resume
They know people want the name on their LinkedIn.
