Yesterday I cleared the first interview for the GCP Data Engineer role at Deloitte. Tomorrow I have the second (possibly final) round. If anyone has recently gone through the process, could you please share your experience or any tips? Thanks!

I’m mid-career and hoping to make a pivot to internal comms. I’m currently working in-house but the vast majority of my experience is at agency with very little internal comms experience. Other than finding opportunities in my current role to gain experience, what can I do to gain experience or expertise to make me desirable for an internal comms-focused role?

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

Is it mandatory to have DSA knowledge for Data Scientist? If yes please suggest best free course to start with (Python).

I had interviewed externally for a role on par w the internal roles, at a smaller and less established company. They confirmed +20% was in their range

How do I push back on my company if they offer less than that, if I do want one of those roles? Without a pay scale, what is the best way to approach?
