Walmart HR saying CTC will be almost 30 but haven’t given breakup. He said he will check for approval and reach out in 2 days. How much compensation should i agree for? I had asked for 28 base. Hr round happened today. I don’t want them to offer base less than 24 (my current offer) but I think hr is trying to lowball me saying my ctc is 30 and is good. Any opinion?

I didn’t got the bonus mentioned in the increment letter. Only increased salary. When do we get it?

i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?

Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
