- Personal factor: I have friends in Pune but none in Bengaluru
- Synechron has a stricter (~45 days) bench policy and requires relocation. How realistic the bench risk is at Synechron?

Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

Can you help me understand the PF deductions in Coforge CTC, Is it just the employers contribution ? And employees share will be deducted from Gross Monthly Salary?
Also about LTA , Can i opt out of it and get it as taxable amount?
