In offer letter, job designation of software developer is not provided.
I am confused with two different designations in BofA and thinking that Sr Analyst is a support role even if they mention that I am selected for development when I contacted them.
What is difference between those two designations and is Sr Analyst-Apps Prog is for support role?

I am a Angular Frontend developer with HTML, CSS, js, ts as my secondary languages. I also have some idea of Azure app services (and recently passed my AZ900 Exam last month).

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

I work at a small firm with not that many workable templates so I usually have to do everything from scratch like drafting motions, pleadings, and researching all potential counts every time. Do bigger firms have better and more templates that allow you to have to do less research?
