You know, landing a job as operations manager for a growing logistics company was one of my highest moments this year. However, I'm still new to this and yet to find my feet. My colleagues are not as supportive as I'd hoped for.

I am learning to lower my expectations and enjoy the ride. But I won't lie; I'd appreciate a more positive environment than what I'm getting now. I'll refrain from pointing fingers and just ask what I can do on my part to meet them midway. Your assistance is highly welcome.

I empathize with your situation, It can be difficult to feel supported in a new position. However, it is important to remember that you are the new person and that it may take some time for them to warm up to you. In the meantime, focus on doing your best and staying positive. If you find that you are struggling to meet your colleagues halfway, reach out to your boss for help.

It is not easy for you to have to adapt to your new job feeling that no one supports you, but from these bad situations we have the experience. I don't think that being too soft or too strong will help you, try to have a balance so that little by little they will adapt to you.

Hello Fishes,

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Is it sign of an Imposter Syndrome 🥺

Pls help🙏🏾
