You’re actually just better off trying to rinse the system than actually looking for a job , because it feels like those who are actually trying to work and be productive as opposed to bumming about and leeching off the system are suffering more than those who are lazy and just trying to claim benefits. I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?

Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world.
