Are you asking for Associate Consultant or Consultant position?
AC: ranges from $110-$140k + 8-15% annual bonus
C: ranges from $145-$195k + 8-15% annual bonus
these numbers do not include COLA (cost of living adjustment) which we have in only a handful of US offices
Are all roles hybrid or any remote?
Out of mba: 165 base, 35 signing bonus, 5 relocation
205 TC
For AC (including NYC COLA) was $128k at lateral hire, $138k at year 0.5 (raise came few months after hiring), $150k at year 1.5.
C1 is spot on. Associate Consultant is like min 110 without cola. I’m an Associate already at 125 with cola, expecting my AC salary all in with cola to be around 135-140 post promotion. ZS in general moves people through pay bands because we take 3+ years to move levels
Anyone beyond 3 levels on the same level are now growing fast enough.
Average is 2.5 years
Great performers can do 2 years
Exceptional (1/50) 1.5 years.
Is the ZS Cost of Living Adjustment a one time 'bonus' or is it actually added to your base, essentially a permanent increase in base salary?
It is not one time. It’s annual and part of your ~bi weekly salary.
However, it’s not part of your bonus %.
Cola also goes down as you get a raise.
Example. +8k raise. Cola goes down -2k
