If it's an online app I leave it blank but when a person asks I just tell them a range because I don't know what else to say. I'm worried that I might miss out on a higher salary by telling them my range (85-90k for senior accountant in HCOL city).

Thoughts on these two exits? Currently a B4 M&A Manager, TC is around $180k Boutique strategy consultancy (~500 people) $240 base, bonus is 30%. Onboarding will be a breeze, work is very similar to what I do now Public $2-3B CPG, product is in a niche consumer area, think niche like garden hoses, bug repellent, non stick pans. They've cornered their market & looking to diversify. Corp strat, easy WLB $135 base, bonus 30%. I negotiated more RSUs, offering ~$380k RSU Thoughts?

I currently work as a marketing coordinator for a large supermarket, primarily dealing with scheduling projects and vendor management. While I love my job, I’ve found myself inspired & intrigued by my coworkers who are in strategy roles. I long to use my creative side (former designer), and I feel drawn to learn more about strategy. The problem is I have a huge lack of confidence and don’t understand where to start. Any book recommendations, general ideas for transition, or similar stories? THX!

Looks like B4 partners makes the most $$ in the long run, even tech/FAANG or industry level senior roles doesn’t pay more then $600-700k, except a few roles like ceo/IB/PE/other financial roles/startup rsu (of u r lucky). Came to the conclusion after reading all the posts in this and other bowls. May be MBB, but if u add pensions, I think B4 is better. Thoughts?
