Got transitioned out at my company, for not “clicking” quickly enough with some types of ppl (generally got no problem with it). So why even hire introverts if you expect them to be extrovert anyways?

Never thought I’d say this, but virtual happy hours are WAY worse than hanging out with your team in a bar. At least in person you can circulate.

Important question! Any strategies for getting out of work zoom happy hours? Other than ignoring requests and not showing up, which has been my MO so far. But it’s getting a bit awkward.
