Anyone know of good apps for posting prn work?
I recently graduated from law school and have started my clerkship in the superior court of NJ. Once done with my clerkship, I’m hoping to work in employment law (defense). I’ve seen online that Jackson Lewis is hiring at their Berkeley Heights, NJ location. Can anyone give me any insight on what it’s like to work at JL? culture? First year associate salary? Typical work day? Jackson Lewis P.C.

I think compagnies really need to take into account the introvert problematic so we don’t seem weird or not proactive to our colleagues and managers. It’s just we don’t work or act the same way they do.
Also important to recognize the drawbacks of being in office: trouble finding meeting rooms, distractions by office chitchat, time to go grab lunch and coffees, etc. Being at home, you save time on some of these things. I think it really makes the case for 2-3 days in office, 2-3 days wfh a week. That allows for a good blend of the pros of office and wfh.
I hate literally WFH. Friday’s I would typically go to Starbucks. No more.
