I know prospecting has never been easy, but lately it feels like everyone is shouting into the same void. Even decent messaging can get ignored just because people are overloaded or tired of being pitched. I’m trying to sound human and relevant, but some days it still feels like timing matters more than quality. It’s hard to stay consistent when effort and results feel so disconnected. Is anyone using outreach approaches right now that are actually breaking through?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.
