Does anyone else relate to this? Because I swear, the better you are at your job, the more invisible “extra” work just lands in your lap. It’s like being competent is a curse! I feel like I should be making my salary and a half, every month. Has anyone tried to ask for a raise based on the fact that you're pretty much doing three employees' work? How did it go for you, and how did you raise the conversation?
